Leading up to Thanksgiving the Missional Formation/Social Justice Committee is encouraging the congregation to donate to our local food bank. Everyone is feeling the financial burden of inflation but especially those currently struggling financially.
We have selected the most needed items and if you are able to, please bring the item(s) to church on the designated Sunday. On Thanksgiving Sunday all of the donations will be placed on the altar and then taken to the food bank.
September 13 – cereal & crackers
September 20 – beans & tuna
September 27 – pasta sauce
October 4 – toiletries (toothpaste, toothbrushes, hand soap, shampoo, toilet paper)
October 11 – diapers (toddlers 2x & 3x)
