You will organize and carry out activities and programs related to working with all members of our congregation from the youth to our more mature members. Responsibilities and Duties You will be working in collaboration with the Pastor and the Grace Lutheran Church team to assist with planning and coordinating Sunday School, Confirmation, Youth and Vacation Bible School. Duties may also expand to include Member Visitation with communion privileges, providing Grief books to families and Stephen Ministry. He leaves to mourn his wife of 79 years, Hilda, daughter Evelyn (Eric) Heilman, Grandchildren Raeleen (Brent) Metzker and Trent (Nicole) Heilman and great granddaughters Peyton, Kali, Shaylan and Taylor. Ed was born in Wetaskiwin, Alberta to John and Augusta Karlo on February 23, 1922. He was only 13 years old when his father fell ill so he had to leave school to work on the family farm West of Wetaskiwin. We are looking for people to share a musical selection, a Christmas reading or a skit. It can be solo, duet or group. It can be instrumental, sung or spoken. It can be old or young. It does not have to be perfect. We have a talented congregation. Come and share. After the program, the Preschool is putting on a chili lunch fundraiser (free will offering). Maybe we will sing Christmas Carols afterwards. If you are performing, please let the church know by December 13th.
